Our guests this past May were two members of the Welch Service Center Staff, Vivian McCall and Christopher Henry. It’s a lively open forum between the people that are often the first contact patrons have with the Welch Library, either by phone, virtual chat or in-person. They're definitely "on the front line" in terms of patron interaction.
