Welch Resources You May Have Overlooked

Some of our most watched YouTube videos are ones involving our JHU Catalog (Catalyst) Tutorials. And leading the pack in terms of viewership is “Catalyst --- How to Find Ebooks”. Quite understandable considering the evolution of nooks, ipads, and kindles. With summer coming, everyone can travel light with a host of books and online information right at their fingertips.

Considering our ever-changing Hopkins population, we always have patrons who are new to searching for materials. For newcomers, and even for those who’ve been around for awhile, a great starting point could be “What is Catalyst?”. In the summer we have a variety of visiting researchers, students and faculty who arrive and “hit the ground running.” If you’re one of those folks we highly recommend taking in a few of our Videos. Perhaps you need information on meeting abstracts?  How about sharing an endnote library? Did you know about our Bioinformatics portal?  Whatever your need or interest, youmay discover we have just what you’re looking for.

With everyone marking their calendars for a little summer vacay downtime ---

----you just might want to take a minute and see what Welch has to offer.
